You may have heard the word “Mystery Shopper” or “Secret Shopper” before and wondered what it was really all about. Well, you are not alone! There was always a lot of mystery surrounding this secret shopping force in my mind, too. Private Eye Jane was so intrigued that she set out to solve the mystery for herself.
